Mango Salad
Ingredients
1 cup Grated fresh green mango
1 Medium-size onion, finely sliced
1 tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Fish sauce
1 tsp. Dried hot red chili flakes, toasted
1 tsp. Garlic oil (deep-fry garlic in hot oil)
Method:
Mix everything together and serve as a side dish
